I’m a Mosgiel local with a long connection to the property world, shaped by a family involved in development and the trades. Before starting Horne Developments, I spent time shepherding and then worked as a digger and truck driver: hands-on roles that taught me the value of hard work, good planning, and doing a job properly.
I was motivated to start Horne Developments by a simple goal: to build high-quality, affordable homes that genuinely make a difference in the community. What I enjoy most about this work is the people. I work with everyone from the trades who bring each home to life, to the buyers who trust me with one of their biggest financial decisions. Bringing all those parts together to create homes people are proud to live in is what keeps me passionate about what I do.
